Placing an Order: Purchase order is mandatory for placing an order.

Price Quotes : Price Quoted will be honoured as per the days mentioned in the quotation. Price quotes are only estimated on quantity requested. The price quoted varies on changes InDesign, changes in quantity order or additional features to be added as demanded by the customer.

Payment : Advance would be minimum 50% and balance before dispatch. Below 50% advance we can finalize the deal but delivery of machine will be scheduled after receiving 50% advance and machine dispatch will be after getting the full payment.

Installation : All kinds of trial and training will be given at customer place after the delivery of the machine.

Tax Payment : Payment of GST 18% will be extra.

Transportation : Transportation of machines is extra as applicable. Any dispute with transporter in delay of goods or other matter, the customer has to consider the situation. However we will try to get the best transporter as possible.

Unloading : The charges for unloading the machine at customer place is bearable by the customer.

Warranty/Services : Machines come with warranty for one year, during this year any fault in the machine in the manufacturing concern will be serviced at free of cost. We are available at any time to provide service to customers if needed.

Packaging : Wooden pallet packing is provided to ensure the safety of the machine and cost is included with the machine price.

If above terms and conditions are acceptable then kindly send the purchase order with advance payment.
